Programs
The heart of Network-Medical lies in its programs and the men and women we serve. Our programs are designed to help in all phases of an unplanned pregnancy. We believe with medical professionals, caring advocates and accurate information on all options, women in unplanned pregnancies are better equipped to make the best choice for themselves and their child. We count it a privilege to enter into each and every life with hope and support.
Our programs and services are open to anyone and are free of charge thanks to the concern and support of our committed donors. Please take some time reviewing what we have to offer. Each one is dependent upon three things: financial support, volunteers who provide the hours of man-power needed to make it work, and prayer. Please remember to pray for us. If we all work together, we can change the world!

Shepherding Homes (This service temporarily inactive)
Network-Medical offers housing on a limited basis to women in an unplanned pregnancy. Local families who have received special training offer a spare bedroom in their home for the duration of the pregnancy. Girls are interviewed and placed in Shepherding Homes as available.
Shepherding Homes are intended to be a safe supportive environment, which will enable women to carry their pregnancy to term. While in a Shepherding Home, the women are required to be drug and alcohol free, to attend weekly peer-counseling with Network Medical staff, and to cooperate with the host family.
At Network-Medical, women have the opportunity to learn about the birth process in a safe and caring environment. Whether individually or in a group setting, expectant mothers are encouraged to ask questions, share and discuss information presented by the birth educator. Prenatal topics include: an overview of the reproductive system, fetal development, nutrition, exercise, and the various stages of pregnancy and birth. In addition, a birthing coach will be offered for managing labor and the emotional care of the mother on request.
Network-Medical offers material aid to those who come into our office and request assistance. We offer various personal hygiene items, baby clothing, maternity clothing, and baby items such as bassinets, cribs, toys or strollers (as available). All of the material aid is available at no cost to women in our community.
Network-Medical is a place where post-abortive women can find loving and listening people who will help lead them on the road to healing and peace. It does not matter whether she struggles from depression, anger, guilt, unforgiveness, anxiety, or any other symptom that might arise as a result of an abortion. We are here to support them in a strictly confidential and loving environment.
If you, or someone you love, are struggling with an abortion decision, regardless of the circumstances surrounding this decision and number of abortions – there is good news! We are here to help you. We offer group settings or one-on-one assistance.
If you or someone you know needs freedom from a past abortion, please call Debra at 805 967-9096, ext.12
Network-Medical's mentoring program is designed to bring together trained volunteers with men and women looking for friendship, encouragement and support.
